Saint Clairity Studios provides an AI-powered lyric and song direction generation tool ("Song Packs"). The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We use industry-standard encryption for authentication and data transit via TLS. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Purchases of Song Packs and Subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. Paid packs do not expire unless tied to a monthly subscription plan, in which case they reset according to the plan terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
You retain full ownership of any original input you provide. The generated output (lyrics, styles) provided within the Song Packs is granted to you for unrestricted commercial and non-commercial use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models utilized.
