We collect information you provide directly to us, including your email address during registration, payment information (processed securely via Stripe), and the prompts/inputs you provide to generate Song Packs.
Your inputs are used exclusively to generate the requested Song Packs via our third-party AI partners. We do not use your private prompts to train internal models. Your email is used for account verification and essential service communication.
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. User authentication and session data are stored securely via Supabase. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store your credit card details.
We utilize trusted third-party processors including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and various AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) to fulfill your generation requests. These providers are bound by their respective privacy agreements.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Upon request, we will initiate a permanent deletion of your profile from our active databases within 30 days.
